Products Description of Polybutene Alloy
Polybutene Alloy (PB-A) is a polymeric material synthesized via in-kettle polymerization, with 1-butene and a secondary monomer as feedstocks. In contrast to conventional Polybutene-1 (PB-1), PB-A successfully addresses inherent drawbacks including sluggish crystal transformation and prolonged molding cycles that may take multiple days.
Meanwhile, PB-A retains the premium inherent properties of PB-1, such as superior heat resistance, excellent creep resistance, high pressure tolerance and long-term service durability.

Product features of Polybutene Alloy
High Molding Efficiency: Significantly accelerates the crystal transformation process, reducing processing time and shortening the overall molding cycle.
Excellent Heat and Pressure Resistance: Provides outstanding resistance to thermal creep, maintaining high tensile strength and fracture pressure resistance even under high-temperature conditions.
Superior Comprehensive Performance: Compared with traditional polybutene materials, PB-A offers improved impact resistance while combining excellent flexibility and strong gas-liquid barrier properties.

Product Application of Polybutene Alloy
High-Performance Pipes and Fittings: PB-A is widely applied in underfloor heating systems, hot and cold water pipelines, and industrial corrosion-resistant piping. It serves as a high-quality, environmentally friendly material for advanced pipe manufacturing.
Industrial and Specialty Packaging: With excellent barrier properties and impact resistance, PB-A is used in the production of specialized films, protective coatings, and other packaging-related materials.
Automotive and Electronics Applications: As an engineering plastic, PB-A is suitable for structural components that require high heat resistance, excellent durability, and strong aging resistance.
